1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing and transit times may extend slightly. If a meaningful delay arises, we’ll reach out by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order and destination. Please note that occasional carrier or weather-related delays may occur.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed during or after shipment are the customer’s responsibility. Bitcoin Angel does not cover these charges.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Bitcoin Angel is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) until your claim is resolved.

6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Available services and rates vary by destination country and package weight. International orders may incur customs, duties, and taxes upon arrival; these fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
