How long will my order take to ship?
  • In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Out-of-stock fine jewelry typically ships in 4–6 weeks.

  • Out-of-stock fashion jewelry usually ships within 1 week.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes—worldwide. Our site isn’t set up for international checkout yet, so just contact us and we’ll personally arrange the shipping and payment details.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Not by default. If you’d like signature confirmation, leave a note at checkout and we’ll add it.

Returns, Exchange & Repairs

What’s your return policy?
  • We accept returns for store credit when the item is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition—eligible within 30 days of purchase.

  • Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.

  • We consider this one of the most generous policies in the jewelry space because we trust our customers and want you to feel confident ordering from us.
Do you offer repairs or ongoing service?
  • Complimentary repairs for the first year after purchase.

  • After that, lifetime repairs at a flat $20 per repair—regardless of scope—so we can keep providing reliable, expert care.

  • We’re also happy to help with jewelry you didn’t buy from us—adjustments, cleanings, clasp replacements, stone resets, or advice on an older piece you love. Reach out anytime.
